Recital Conflict Manager

What have we been up to?

— What’s new in version 3.3? —
Version 3.3 of the Recital Conflict Manager includes the complete redesign of the program first offered in the original version, with a new link to the User Guide on the navigation bar. The navigation bar and command buttons make moving around the program and executing commands easy. Print functions are included on each screen, as well as warnings to alert you of incorrectly entered data. If you are using an older version of the Recital Conflict Manager, contact us for a free upgrade.

— Name transposing formulas —
Are you working on your recital program booklet and need to change hundreds of students’ names from “Smith, Mary” to “Mary Smith” or the other way around? We have a free set of Microsoft Excel formulas that do the trick in seconds. Convert the names, then copy and paste your new list into Word or another application. Click here for the free file and full instructions.
— Now available —
A new addition to the Recital Conflict Manager is a set of tools that provide a complete list of performers’ names by routine after the recital sequence has been determined, change students’ names from “Smith, Mary” to “Mary Smith,” and offer the ability to transpose those names from a column to a single row of names separated by commas, ready for the recital brochure publisher.
